The Fire Fox Ear Hooks are specifically designed for heavy noise and high activity environments. The Ear Hooks are ear specific and include two ear plugs.
Simply insert the ear bud of a Sportsman or Paintball Edition throat mic into the Ear Hook. For heavy noise environments insert one ear plug into the opposite ear. This will allow you to hear as well as transmit clearly.
